Project Details
The Zymeworks Office and Laboratory Tenant Improvement was for the new anchor tenant occupying five floors and over 75,000 square feet. Centre Electric performed extensive pre construction design due to complex electrical requirements and tight ceiling spaces to work in and implemented prefabrication assemblies to increase productivity and save money. Our cohesive team delivered the project on time and on budget therefore, achieving a silver VRCA award of excellence for our contributions to the project.
